Partner Organisations

Get the recognition you deserve

Across Australia, many companies and organisations are working hard to close the gap — employing mob, delivering on bridging the gap, embedding cultural safety, and supporting First Nations businesses.

But too often, this work goes unrecognised. There is currently no national, Indigenous-led standard that verifies and celebrates genuine allies.

First Nation Certified changes that.

Our Partner Certification Program recognises non-Indigenous organisations that demonstrate real, measurable, and culturally grounded action in advancing First Nations economic empowerment, cultural integrity, and partnership.

Why Become a Certified Partner / Supporter

  • ✅ National Recognition
Display the First Nation Certified – Supporter mark to show your organisation’s genuine commitment to First Nations peoples. This certification sets you apart in procurement, partnership, and public reporting.

  • 🌏 Build Trust and Visibility
Certification provides independent, mob-led verification of your efforts. It shows governments, partners, and communities that your organisation goes beyond tokenism — that you walk the talk.

  • 🤝 Strengthen Relationships
Being verified as a supporter opens doors to deeper engagement with First Nations businesses, communities, and partners.

  • 📣 Celebrate the Work You’re Doing
Many organisations are making real impact but are not being acknowledged. Our program gives you the platform and recognition you deserve.

Our Verification Process

Unlike other frameworks, our verification is designed and led by mob. We look beyond checklists to understand how your organisation is embedding cultural responsibility in a meaningful way.

  • Reconciliation Commitments – Active and measurable PPP implementation (not just registration).

  • Cultural Safety – Demonstrated cultural awareness and competency training delivered by First Nations trainers.

  • Employment Outcomes – First Nations employment, retention, and career development pathways.

  • Procurement Practices – Genuine and measurable procurement spend with Indigenous businesses.

  • Community Engagement – Partnerships, initiatives, and contributions that create real impact.

  • Accountability – Annual reporting and audits to ensure commitments remain active and authentic.

All applications are rigorously assessed by our First Nations Verification Panel, made up of Elders, community members, and cultural leaders. This ensures each certification carries genuine cultural legitimacy and community trust.

Corporate Support Packages

We understand that every organisation is at a different stage of its reconciliation journey. That’s why we offer tailored corporate support packages to help you meet our certification standards.

These may include:

  • Cultural awareness and workplace training, delivered by First Nations facilitators.

  • Support to strengthen procurement and employment strategies.

  • Guidance to embed cultural governance in your organisation.

  • Advisory support to meet certification requirements and maintain them annually.

This is not a “tick-the-box” program — it’s a strategic partnership that sets you up for real, lasting impact..

Supporter Tiers and Sponsorship Options

To reflect the diverse ways organisations contribute, we offer tiered levels of certification and sponsorship:

  • Supporter Certification – For organisations meeting core standards.

  • Partner Certification – For organisations demonstrating advanced cultural leadership and measurable outcomes.

  • Sponsor Certification – For organisations that wish to invest in national First Nations business development, supporting programs, events, and community initiatives alongside certification.

Each level is clearly defined, with transparent criteria and cultural oversight.

Lead the way

By becoming a First Nation Certified Supporter, your organisation demonstrates authentic leadership, cultural accountability, and a commitment to working with mob in meaningful ways.

This is more than recognition — it’s joining a national movement to strengthen First Nations economic sovereignty, cultural integrity, and shared responsibility.
