Across Australia, many companies and organisations are working hard to close the gap — employing mob, delivering on bridging the gap, embedding cultural safety, and supporting First Nations businesses.
But too often, this work goes unrecognised. There is currently no national, Indigenous-led standard that verifies and celebrates genuine allies.
First Nation Certified changes that.
Our Partner Certification Program recognises non-Indigenous organisations that demonstrate real, measurable, and culturally grounded action in advancing First Nations economic empowerment, cultural integrity, and partnership.

Unlike other frameworks, our verification is designed and led by mob. We look beyond checklists to understand how your organisation is embedding cultural responsibility in a meaningful way.
All applications are rigorously assessed by our First Nations Verification Panel, made up of Elders, community members, and cultural leaders. This ensures each certification carries genuine cultural legitimacy and community trust.

We understand that every organisation is at a different stage of its reconciliation journey. That’s why we offer tailored corporate support packages to help you meet our certification standards.
These may include:
This is not a “tick-the-box” program — it’s a strategic partnership that sets you up for real, lasting impact..

To reflect the diverse ways organisations contribute, we offer tiered levels of certification and sponsorship:
Each level is clearly defined, with transparent criteria and cultural oversight.

By becoming a First Nation Certified Supporter, your organisation demonstrates authentic leadership, cultural accountability, and a commitment to working with mob in meaningful ways.
This is more than recognition — it’s joining a national movement to strengthen First Nations economic sovereignty, cultural integrity, and shared responsibility.
👉 Apply today and let us help you build a pathway to verified, culturally grounded impact.

Our Silver Certification recognises organisations that have taken meaningful steps toward supporting First Nations peoples through cultural awareness, reconciliation commitments, and engagement with Indigenous businesses. Our Gold Certification is awarded to organisations that have gone beyond the basics — actively integrating cultural safety, First Nations employment strategies, and procurement practices into their operations. Gold Certified organisations show measurable impact and leadership in supporting mob and strengthening partnerships with First Nations communities.
Our Platinum Certification represents the highest level of recognition. This tier is reserved for organisations that demonstrate outstanding, sustained commitment to cultural integrity, economic empowerment, and community-led partnerships. Platinum Certified organisations set the national benchmark for excellence, leading systemic change
